I started watching cricket because of him. It was the world cup 2003 match against Pakistan. Gritting his teeth through a severe pain in his leg, the world’s best batsman scored a brilliant 98 which eventually and no surprisingly turned me into watching the game only for him. I never cared whether we won or not. I wanted us to win the world cup only for Sachin, I will watch cricket only till he plays and after the day he quits, Cricket will then be just the memories he gave.
He was amazing on all his 99 centuries and he is even now!!
