WHY IS IT SO...?

Hi!!! I’m very upset today coz, I was longing to write an article about “people who restrict themselves and their feelings” (its true ppl....). But a similar article was written by someone else in today’s paper. Then I thought of writing it as a post.

Now to start with a question. I have heard many of my friends saying or I should say, really, jest at me (frankly speaking) for watching cartoons and stuffs like that...Is it a prescript or something? That you are not supposed to watch cartoons above certain age. This may sound really silly. But why do they conceal themselves? Living every second for what others might think and say about them. You may think what this title has to do with concealing one self. Actually its lot more associated than you expect.

I have a lot of “Why is it so..?” questions on my list. And here are some...

* You should not watch cartoons after age of 15 or 16:

Why is it so..? I still watch cartoons and I just love them. I think it’s much better than watching these typical sentimental Tamil movies (Hindi movies as well to some extent) with zero percent reality. There are those unbelievable fight scenes where hero is able to kick 20 men off with his leg and those twin tragedies and hero-heroine romance....So, It’s sure that you will really feel relaxed watching and laughing at these lovely cute cartoons.... It’s truly odd to hate or avoid liking those characters of the fairy tale world...

* Once you enter into college, you should like only actors like Madhavan, Surya... (Those who are handsome, fair in complexion...Simple):

But why is it so..? Why you should like only handsome romantic heroes and not any action heroes. Everyone in my class like Madhavan or Surya. And they used to give me a “What an alien?” look when I just deny them. Even their films are worse, they never give up. They just fall for them totally... It’s really hard to kick a habit and they will never change.

* Spend most of the time with your mobile.

Why is it so? All the time sending messages and chatting. No wonder the colleges banned mobile inside campus... And I didn’t get it yet... I just hate messaging. Waiting for hours, for the other end to reply. I prefer calling someone to sending messages and waiting for reply. One of my friends, she used to change her battery once in a month. What can I say? There is no point in moralizing about them. They can't be changed.

And so the list goes on... UNCERTAINITY is the only certain thing... Hoping for them to change...

It's HOLIDAY Time

It’s well-known to everyone that the month JUNE is the busiest of all. Owing to the opening of schools and colleges here. But for the engg students like me this month fully is HOLIDAY.........
Well last month when my friends were playing, enjoying, outing, we were busy studying for our semester exams (Not actually). Now when others are busy going to schools, colleges we are enjoying our holidays. This is really new to me. Only me and my sis at home, so full of freedom (don’t think bad, I’m a good girl you know)....

For every vacation I’ll plan many things, to do this and that with so much determination. Finally, well what do you think; I won’t finish any work and simply go back to my college...But not this time really, I’m definitely going to finish all my works...... (Hmmm As usual!!!!!!!!!!)I dunno why this vacation goes this fast. A week gone already but I didn’t seem to do anything. Wish I'd have a ‘Time Machine’ that makes time move backwards or even better slower atleast (I love sci-fi movies, so don’t mind). Well anyways ‘At least’ in this holiday I’ll have to work out all my plans (Hope.........)
